Installation
SPP will liaise with onsite contractors to ensure that services are available to enable installation of their works.
SPP will liaise closely with the main contractor to provide attendance whilst the pool shell is fabricated for the installation of first fix pipework, fittings, and underwater lighting.
Pipework will be extended to the plant room as required. Underfloor supply air ducting will be fabricated and fitted into the floor void.
Once the plant room is available, SPP will supply and fit pump, filtration and minimal chlorine sanitising for the pool, likewise for the spa, including air and water jet equipment.
SPP will supply and fit preferred methods of heating – either conventional condensing boilers, or geothermal.
SPP will complete all related electrics and controls.
SPP will complete all second fix pipework including fitting of motorised pool cover.
SPP will complete fitting of optional level deck controls within balance tank and autofiller.
SPP will arrange an orderly handover to clients and their professional advisors, including handover documentation, optional servicing and extended warranties.
