Quotation
In order to provide a fixed price quotation, SPP will work closely with clients or their professional advisors to identify the specification for all pool and air handling related works.
Once a detailed specification has been agreed, SPP will provide a fixed cost for the project to include all labour and materials.
SPP will identify enabling works and services to be provided by others.
TERMS
SPP require 10% deposit with order. Thereafter labour and materials are valued and payment requests submitted based on those valuations. Items of plant being manufactured specifically to clients’ requirements may need to be paid for in advance.
