Quotation
Having completed design development through discussion with clients and their professional advisors, DBC will provide a detailed quotation for the proposed geothermal installation.
This will be subject to enabling and pool related works being completed by others to include:
- Excavation of trenching for external geothermal pipework from boreholes to plant room.
- Removal of spoil and making good trenching following installation of pipework.
- Provision of entry point into plant room for geothermal pipework and making good.
- Provision of electrical and water supply within plant room – detail to be provided by DBC.
- It is assumed that pool-related equipment including air handling unit (AHU) and controls will be provided by others.
- It is assumed that pressured hot water cylinder will be provided by others.
- It is assumed that underfloor heating including controls, thermostats and manifold will be provided by others.
DBC will provide full detailing of above requirements and will liaise with clients/their professional advisors to ensure that services, Air Handling Unit, hot water cylinder and underfloor heating are geothermal compatible.
